Apron Making

For our last mutual activity, I taught all of our YW how to made aprons, and they turned out

SO adorable! Way cuter than I had expected.

Here we are starting out.

We even had some YM come in and try them on!

 So, after we were all done the girls were very happy with the aprons that they had made! 
And I would have to agree! They were so cute!
But the best part, was that we had a wonderful evening and we all left with wonderful aprons that we loved and a wonderful memory.

Pizza Party!

Tonight, we went to our leaders home and we made homemade

pizza.

In my opinion, homemade pizza, is pretty much the best thing 

ever!

We must have our basics!
I think we ate more pepperoni than was put on our pizza!
Haha.

  And we all have our own unique ways of doing things!
We had heart pizza, tiara pizza and sun pizza!
Oh, the creativity.

And that pizza was awesome!

We just love LOVE pizza! And who could blame us!?

A Trip to the Lake

Last month, September, The Young Women and Young Men went to the lake here in Las Vegas

And we all had a Capital time! 

 

 

 Here we had some awesome Canoe rides
Doesn't it look so busy!

What could make a boy more happy, than a bag of chips!?

And of course, it wouldn't be a trip without the person who doesn't

like camra's!

And then after we were ready to start the day, we were going to go tubing, rather

we were READY to go tubing, but of course we had to wait for our

wonderful leaders to take us.

 

 And still we wait

Does it ever stop??

And now the moment you've all been waiting for...

 Let the fun begin!

What could be more fun than riding something you feel sure you are going to fall off on!

And by these faces, you know that is what they 

are thinking!

 But then, after all Amy feels very proud of herself
And why should she not?

And when we were ready to chill, we get out our canoes and 

Canoes away!

And then Lunch!! It certainly would not be a trip without lunch! 

 And then we get ready to go cliff diving! Oh yeah!!

Whew! Diving takes alot of work! And we all need our rest . . .

. . . Especially Harrison. Who will gladly sit down and let others do 

the rowing.

And for the finale! Our tubing wars!

So after a lovely day at the lake with the tubing, eating lunch...

 Long talks with our mothers...

We all had a great day! And..

We all left feeling the way Amy looks!
